My name is Francesca Tiffin. I attended course P341 online and I can truly say that it is not only the best course I have ever done but also that is has been the best gift I could have given myself.

Budiman communicates passion, great depth of knowledge and understanding and, at the same time, has such patience and kindness. He was always available before the course started to answer questions and was very generous with his time.

The course gives you a great meditation practice, which is primarily for physical health. Of course, you cannot divide the body: we are at the same time, body, mind and spirit and I can already see that this practice covers everything. The Qi goes wherever it is needed and the practice takes concentration to another level which makes any intellectual pursuit easier and faster.

For me the other huge and unexpected benefit of the course was rekindling my love of Chinese culture and language. I studied Chinese at University many years ago and have worked in the Far east but have not revisited my Chinese studies. This course has given me the desire and the impetus to look again at my Chinese books and even to get out my Chinese dictionaries.
